I'm 25 years old, living in Lowell, MA. I was introduced to the world of events at a young age; lugging around cases of CD's just after I learned to walk. I fell in love with music and people's enjoyment of it. Soon I graduated to a roadie, and eventually a fully realized Disc Jockey.

          I spent a few years mixing in high school, DJ'ing friends' sweet 16 parties, religious or cultural celebrations, graduations, all sorts of events. Once I was a bit more experienced and comfortable, I started working weddings with my uncle Joe Toto - Founder of Groove Events - as well as my brother, talented DJ Matt Toto.

          I've always been so grateful for those experiences and to have emcee skills in my repertoire. That said — after a few years working these events, creating these moments of joy, and basking in them with strangers, my true passion finally clicked.

          I want to capture the moment. I want to immortalize it. I want people to see this moment and feel something. After realizing this, I began learning about the art (and the business) of photography.

That was about 5 years ago. Once I purchased a professional camera, I  teamed up with some professionals and mentors, learning side by side as a second shooter. Hands-on experience proved again to be immeasurably valuable, I was able to learn some of the the [many] tricks of the trade.

          In the past few years I have shot several weddings, alternating between photography & videography. I've learned both at the same rate, and enjoy both, so its nice to keep both skills sharp. I've collaborated with some local news papers, created a few short films, and even had the pleasure of [secretly] capturing a surprise wedding proposal

          In my spare time I like to photograph nature + daily life. I also like to create music, enjoy an oatmilk latte, + spend time outside. I try to practice gratitude each day. I have a cat named Zelda whom I love, and I always feel at home when I'm chopping vegetables + cooking.

          I am very glad to do what I do. Even through a lens it is a vast world we live in, and I plan to to explore all of the different opportunities this life has to offer. I'm always eager to collaborate. I love portraits -- because I love people. My intention is human connection. My goal is to communicate the complexity of each of us and the world around us. But that's a long term goal
